Freedom Is (DOCUMENTARY)

Introducing "Freedom Is," a short film shot in Lagodehki, Georgia, which tells the story of the blues and its cultural similarities to the Georgian spirit in their rebellion againt Russia, as well as its rich history in America. Directed by Coralie Gordon and Mollie Feerick, this documentary captures the essense of music, nature, and freedom, all wrapped up in an inspiring story that is sure to leave an impact.

While the film is currently being submitted to film festivals world wide, we invite you to explore the behind-the-scenes of this remarkable project. Meet the driving foces behind the festival, Victor Kervalishvili and Nataly Kalandadze, two blues enthusiasts who founded the festival and have devoted their lives to sharing their passion with the world. Their love for blues is palpable in every corner of the house and yard, with their story being an inspiration to all who come to the festival.

Our directors had the opportunity to spend time with the founders, getting to know them on a personal level. Everyday was a new discovery, and the space was a representation of life and freedom. We can't wait to share this extraordinary experience with you.
